  • Ships to the lower 48 states. Arrives within 4 wks. Delivered by appt. Appts made M-F, 8 am - 5 pm. Extra services may be available at Member expense.
    At this time, Digital Vault, Inc. ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Digital Vault, Inc. ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands.
    The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier
    Sentry offers two options:
    Indoor Placement or White Glove Delivery

    . If you chose Indoor Placement truckers will bring the cartoned safe just inside your threshold. Price depends on weight.

    .White Glove delivery includes having the product brought in and placed where you want and then the packaging is taken away. The delivery people will not help set up the safe. Price depends on weight.
    There are limitations...there can only be 2 flights of stairs, and the flights cannot be more than 10 steps. If there is anything unusual about your situation such as delicate flooring, steepness of stairs, narrowness of stairway, difficult entry into the building, the freight company may request additional help at an additional cost to you.

    Shipping and Handling Options:

    1. Off the Truck (nonliftgate delivery unaided by driver): $99
    2. Liftgate Only: $169
    3. Truck to Ground, with inside door placement: $199 (Carrier will not deliver to room of choice, go upstairs, unpack or remove pallet, he will just bring the safe over threshold)
    4. Full Service Delivery: $299 (Liftgate with full inside delivery placement, carrier will move safe inside to designated room, unpack and locate safe. Service includes up to two (2) flight of stairs, ten steps per flight.)
